All Resorts.1-25-12

High pressure will slide off to the east today.  We’ll see mild-ish temperatures and a good bit of sunshine once again.  It should be a fun day to get some turns in.

Clouds will begin to increase late this afternoon and evening as a warm front approaches from the south.  Scattered showers begin to pop up overnight.  The front will slide north across the region tomorrow, meaning widespread showers are in the forecast unfortunately.

Showers continue through the morning hours on Friday as a cold front passes through the region.  We should see any leftover precip taper off by midday though.

Weak high pressure then builds in for Friday and Saturday.  Temps will be colder, but not bone chilling by any means.

Another cold front passes through Saturday night.  This one will bring much colder air with it into the region.  Highs on Sunday look to be very chilly as we’ll see around the clock snowmaking at many of the ski areas.
