All Resorts 12-9-11

High pressure remains over the entire region for today.  Sunny skies and cold temperatures will persist as a result.

A cold front will move through late today/overnight.  This front is moisture starved and precip is not expected with it, with the exception of the ski areas up into West Virginia.  Canaan, Timberline, and Snowshoe could see some flurries overnight.

Any leftover clouds should clear out by midday at the latest tomorrow.  High pressure once again builds into the region for the remainder of the weekend.  It’s going to be a rather pleasant weekend, but on the chilly side.  Overnight lows will dip into the 20’s for everyone, so snowmaking can take place at the ski areas.
