11/05: 3:30pm update: SNOWY FORECAST FOR THIS WEEKEND!

Sugar Mountain and Cataloochee began snowmaking ops on Thursday afternoon with Sugar cranking up about an hour prior to Cat. Both were spraying more water than snow to begin with, but that close-to-frozen mixture froze as temps dropped into the 20s overnight.
