A Cold, Dreary Start to the Week 10-8-12

Today sees a continuation of yesterday’s weather as chilly temperatures and damp conditions persist.  On Friday, it looked like today might see improving weather but a second upper level disturbance will pass overhead today, keeping showers in the forecast.  Temperatures won’t make it out of the mid 40’s.

Tuesday will see improving conditions as high pressure moves into the region.  It’s going to be a chilly start though as lows overnight will dip into the 30’s.  Fog is expected as well.  Any early morning cloud cover should thin out by the afternoon and we’ll see high temperatures that are a good 15 degrees warmer than today.

Wednesday evening sees a weak front move through.  Only scattered showers are expected with this frontal passage though but it will be breezy.

Thursday looks to be really nice but still on the cool side.  Friday will see another weak front move through, very similar to Wednesday.
