Tropical Storm Alberto will linger off the Carolina coast today before beginning to pull away to the northeast on Tuesday. A cold front and an upper level low pressure system will move into the area from the west tonight through Tuesday. The low pressure will steadily lift northeast through middle week…replaced by building high pressure and unseasonably warm temperatures late this week through the weekend.
