Wow, what an absolutely gorgeous week it has been!  I have been working up quite a sweat playing tennis at Seven Devils.  It’s hard to believe that it is March still.  Hopefully, you’ve enjoyed the summer weather this week, because the weekend is looking rather gloomy.

A cold front will move through in the early morning hours tomorrow.  This front has been producing HEAVY rain for folks in the Mississippi River Valley over the past several days.  It will do the same for us as well.  Clouds build in this morning with showers and thunderstorms expected by the late afternoon, lasting overnight.  Showers and thunderstorms continue tomorrow as that front progresses through the region.

An upper level low will track across the region on Sunday, bringing about more showers and thunderstorms.  It will be noticeably cooler as well.  In general, the weekend looks to be a washout.

Pleasant weather returns for the first half of next week.  A dry front will pass through the region late Monday, but other than that high pressure will dominate.  Temperatures won’t be quite as warm as this week, but highs will generally still be in the 60’s.
