The rain and snow flurries from this past weekend will be a distant memory this week as the weather is going to be absolutely gorgeous! It was pretty cool to be looking at the web cameras on Saturday and see snow on the ground up at Beech. While I am ready for more of it, I can’t complain about the awesome fall weather for the upcoming week.
High pressure has begun to build into the region. Cool temperatures will remain for today and winds will be breezy. Sunshine will be a plenty though and in general it will be a really nice day out there. If winds diminish enough overnight, some locations could see frost tomorrow morning.
After today, we’ll warm up for the rest of the week. High pressure will remain, providing us with sunny skies and temperatures in the mid to upper 60’s each day. There’s really not much to say other than that. It’s going to be a quiet week in terms of the weather. After the unsettled weather we’ve seen over the past couple of weeks, it’s a much welcome change!
