After a rather eventful week and a half of weather, we’ll see things calm down over the next several days. High pressure has already begun to assert itself and it will remain over the region into early next week. Sunshine will be abundant through the end of the weekend and temperatures will moderate nicely. Today will be chilly (and breezy) but then a significant warming trend will have temperatures back into the low 60’s for a lot of locations this weekend.
Our next system will move through either late Monday or early Tuesday. Cloud cover increases during the day on Monday and showers will be possible by the late afternoon and will last into Tuesday.
